Cancellation

A paid order may be cancelled only before processing and within the configured cancellation window. Contact support with your order number.

Damage, returns and refunds

Report transit damage promptly with packaging photographs. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Handmade variation alone is not considered damage.
